Polyurethane Timing Belts

Our open length timing belts are manufactured in thermoplastic polyurethane, which gives superior wear and abrasion resistance. Steel or Aramide cords offer good running characteristics for a wide range of applications such as:

Our timing belts are offered in both metric and imperial pitches and can be supplied in open lengths for mechanical fixing, joint endless or pinned joined. 

We can also offer a comprehensive range of backings from low to high friction, low noise, antistatic compression, easy release and abrasion resistance. Also in this range you can choose from one of our standard profiles and tracking guides, along with standard metric and imperial pulleys or supplied to your specific requirements.


Important Information


Our customisable belt profiles are vulcanised on the back of the belt and are available in the same thermoplastic polyurethane material as the base belt, either high frequency welded or heat welded, the flight them becomes an integral part of the belt giving excellent pushing and carrying capabilities. This option offers the most flexible solution to your conveying applications.

Standard flights are available from 2mm-13mm thick, and 3mm-120mm high. Widths up to 150mm. Other sizes are available upon request.


Our timing belts are also available with covers of different material. Some covering materials are produced during the belt manufacturing process, while others are added as a secondary process.

Standard covers available include natural rubber, neoprene, polyurethane foam, EPDM red, white or black, linatex, clear polyurethane, neoprene sponge, polymide toothside and polymide conveying side (low friction covering). These covers all come in a range of colours and thicknesses.

Further modifications are available to assist conveying and belt movement such as profile grinding, surface grinding and routing, lateral machining, perforating and hole punching.
